About WaterFall HomeCare

Finding the right care for aging loved ones can be challenging. Elderly family members are often resistant to change – especially if that means moving to a nursing home. They understandably want to maintain their independence for as long as possible.

This is why so many families explore in-home care instead.

But even this can be difficult as well:

  • How do you find someone you can trust?
  • Are they qualified for this type of care?
  • Will they get along with your family member?

Fortunately, you don’t have to answer these types of questions entirely on your own.

At Waterfall HomeCare, we’re here to help.

Who Are We?

With a team of nearly 50 highly trained and experienced caregivers, Waterfall HomeCare has over 20 years of professional expertise in providing in-home care for:

  • Elderly and disabled family members.
  • Those suffering from dementia and Alzheimer’s.
  • Terminally ill hospice patients.

However, we’re more than just traditional caregivers.

Instead, think of us as an extended family. After all, that’s how our team will think of you.

Services range from 2hr to 8hr visits, 12hr sleepovers and 24 hospice care.

Waterfall HomeCare requires no contract from the customer, only a signed service agreement that requires a 1-week notice to change or cancel. We accept credit card or check, payments are weekly.

So in addition to 24/7 in-home medical assistance and monitoring, we also provide the following services:

  • Bathing
  • Dressing
  • Transportation
  • Grooming
  • Cooking
  • Cleaning
  • Shopping
  • Companionship
  • Medicine reminders

Personal Care

Life doesn’t actually speed up as you age. But it certainly becomes harder to manage as you lose the ability to handle routine tasks like grooming, cooking, and cleaning.

Let us do all the heavy lifting instead. Our team can manage everything from personal hygiene to general housekeeping. We can even handle administrative duties like picking up mail or running errands.

Companion Care

Simply having someone to talk to can make all the difference in the world. But we take companion care one step further by planning and supervising activities to keep your loved ones engaged.

We believe that the happiest patients are also the most active – both physically and mentally.

Customized Care

Every patient is unique, which is why we never offer cookie-cutter solutions. Instead, we carefully analyze your loved one’s needs before customizing the most appropriate approach.

Moreover, your family benefits from on-going assessments managed by experienced supervisors. This allows us to make any necessary adjustments as your loved one’s needs evolve over time.

Compassionate Care

Caring for the elderly and disabled isn’t always easy. In fact, many family members quickly become overwhelmed by these responsibilities. This can place tremendous strain on relationships and resources.

And that’s not how anyone wants to be remembered.

But for us, in-home care isn’t just a job. It is our passion.

We love what we do and work hard to build rewarding relationships with those under our care.

As a result, your loved ones benefit from a happier and more fulfilling quality of life. And you gain peace of mind from knowing that they’re receiving the attention from knowledgeable and compassionate caregivers.

Is Waterfall HomeCare the Right Solution for You?

Selecting care is a highly personal decision that only you and your family can make together. But we certainly hope you consider what Waterfall HomeCare has to offer.

Fortunately, getting started costs you absolutely nothing.
